Following the completion of my engineering degree I worked for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) as a Shift Generation Dispatch Engineer. At PREPA, I held several positions related to bulk power generation and transmission operations for a span of 12 years including; Shift Generation Dispatch Engineer, Shift Transmission Engineer, Chief Engineer, Assistant Superintendent of Operations - Outage Coordination and Superintendent of Operations.
