I鈥檓 responsible for the strategic roadmap at SEB Merchant Banking, CIO office. I head a team of four people. Our mission is to align IT and Digitalization with customer needs.
About 15 years ago I started working as a C/UNIX programmer. I soon found an interest in quality matters, how to effectively produce code and the end user value of software and things. During the years I have approached these questions from a couple of different angles, as test manager and automation architect. As project manager, requirements analyst and account manager.
Back in the 90's when I studied at the university for my MSc in Computing Science, I explored different perspectives by also taking philosoph.
