It is my unique pleasure to honor a local member of the U. S. Congress, whose construct as a lover of our U. S. Constitution goes to the core of his being... if only to cancel out the vote and the unruly voice of another, who wished only two things during the Congressional Oversight Committee meeting last Monday: to support the LIE-R-S, and to be heard while he spoke to the elephant in the room (and all the other Republicans there).
