I spend my time researching people, how they behave and how they use digital tools and media to meet their needs. Then it’s a the simple matter of designing experiences which not only meets their utility requirements, but also attempts to create an emotional connection - we try and make things that surprise and delight. Under my leadership, we guide some of the country’s biggest brands – Toyota, Lexus, Coca-Cola, Cell C, South African Tourism and Investec – in formulating digital strategies and executions that deliver the results our clients need.
