I can clearly remember watching Randy Pausch's "The Last Lecture" in my 8th grade leadership class. 鈥淚t's a thrill to fulfill your own childhood dreams, but as you get older, you may find that enabling the dreams of others is even more fun.鈥� I never truly understood this quote, until I got to college and realized my passion for creating supportive communities that help people find what they are passionate about.
Throughout my undergraduate career, I have figured out what I enjoyed about the organizations that I am a part of. It is the opportunities they provide me to learn about people's dreams and goals and to support those people in achieving those aspirations.
