I am the Assistant Headteacher responsible for leading on whole school work scrutiny. I hold a key position on the Senior Leadership Team, developing and implementing whole school strategies do ensure pupils make outstanding progress.
I am an "outstanding" teacher, who delivers GCSE, BTEC and A Level Media Studies and A Level Sociology.
I have a proven track record of delivering continuous improvements within my roles, having transformed the Media Studies department from a subject area which was significantly below the national average to one of the top performing departments in the school.
