Methuen • Revamped Methuen’s Emergency Management System, including the creation of a new E.M. Command Center, a new organizational structure, and full integration of Methuen's E.M. system to allow focus on response, not bureaucracy. • Prepared and issued an RFP for a Solar Farm to be built on land at Methuen's capped landfill.
