I grew up in Sevierville, Tn, graduated from SCHS, then went to ETSU and to UT (MS degree). I live in Anderson, SC, and have one daughter, Sarah, who got married in July,2008. She finished her MAT degree in May, 2011. My brother, Ben, still lives in our homeplace in Boyds Creek, TN.My sister, Betty, lives in Anderson, and is retired. I retired from public school teaching in 1998 and have been teaching at Anderson University for 13 years.
