This document discusses using Lean UX principles to gather user insights in a time and cost-effective manner. It advocates getting out of the building to observe and engage with users through empathy interviews. Lean UX focuses on validating hypotheses with customers through minimum viable products and rapid, iterative prototyping through learning loops to develop products that solve user problems. The innovation process involves discovery, definition, design, development, and delivery phases where teams make products, check with customers, and think about what they've learned to continually improve.

Lessons learned:
Teachers and students both wanted to see the total score for lessons and activities.
Add titles to activity dots, teachers often refer to an activity title, and students dont know which activity
It was noticed that many students had a small sticky notes with steps that they had to complete during the lesson. This seems like a great opportunity for icurio to include its own lesson checklist.
