I use a variety of proven tools including the Theory of Constraints, Scenario Planning, Appreciative Inquiry, and Lean Six Sigma.
I also offer customized online TOC training and mentoring programs for managers, executives and consultants wanting to learn and apply the Theory of Constraints, without the need to sit in a classroom.
