I coordinate the Food Processing group in the Food Engineering Dpt. of University of Algarve and teach there since 1991, Product Development, Packaging, Emergent Preservation Processes and Industrial Plant Design all related to food at bachelors and masters level and oriented 3 PhD and 8 master students.
