Program Manager for Vodafone, VCNO division (Vodafone Core Network Operation). The projects I am managing are the country wide technology refresh and capacity upgrade of the core DWDM transmission network and the core SDH Network. More that 160 people involved (budget cannot be disclosed). Acting as the focal point for the different project streams (engineering, roll-out, cutover/swap, documentations), ensuring project performances and tracking KPI. Managing overall the weekly Governance and quarterly Steering committee with the project stakeholders and business managers.
