In my current role , I am serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resource and Talent Acquisition at nearbuy(formerly known as Groupon), wherein I have been instrumental in scaling manpower for this online portal especially in building and setting up the Technical team from the ground up with special focus on Engineering, Design and Product roles.
