Curiosity leads to understanding. Or at least it does in me. I've spent my life fascinated by WHY? and HOW? and the impact of WHO? and WHAT? Information-seeking behavior has become more complex and more interesting as technology has become entrenched in our daily lives. Just as the usability of both our physical and digital spaces necessary. I aim to help solve the puzzles and answer the questions that impact design, products, and industry.
