I have recently completed my PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry (synthesising potential antihypertensive compounds), and am currently lecturing in Food Analysis and Quality Assurance, under a Health and Nutrition course at Deakin University, Burwood. I am very interested in Teaching and Learning techniques, and would love to have a career as a lecturer.
