Merrick has a passion for understanding ways of catering for the varied needs of emerging adolescents. Merrick believes that students鈥� passions and interests hold the key to unlocking their learning potential. Not only is he passionate about helping others discover their passions and using these discoveries as a gateway to lifelong learning, he is keen to share the power of self assessment. An engaging presenter, he is keen to share his leadership experience with others. Merrick was recently awarded the NEiTA Inspirational Teaching Award in the Innovation category and is a recognised author.
