Education

I teach Academic English and Turkish as a Foreign Language through task-based, technology integrated, and partially through language immersion method. Students are encouraged to use the language by participating cultural activities so that the target language stops just being a language. The class time becomes a time when students start living in Turkey first as a foreigner critically evaluating and trying to understand the culture and at higher levels integrating in the culture as a local and becoming independent and autonomous in being a full time learner.
