Meta Sy started his career in IT and Telecom industries but have since involved in various sectors including FMCG, trading and services. He joined Telstra Bigpond after graduating from the university as a system and network administrator. In 2001, Meta moved to Madagascar spending almost 6 years working for an Internet service provider and a Call Center serving outbound calls to France. With his unique combination of technology and business skills, Meta has built a new telecom infrastructure from scratch and now become one of the leading operators in Cambodia.
