Having previously studied Sports Psychology Peter has an in depth knowledge of the benefits of monitoring and is the Founder and CEO of Health and Sport Technologies Ltd, which is a HPSU with Enterprise Ireland. HST has developed Metrifit, a performance monitoring system for athletes, coaches and support staff. Metrifit empowers athletes to collect and collate key information across four different areas: psychological, physical, technical and emotional.
Metrifit is currently being used in Universities, colleges, elite sports academies and national associations for a variety of team and individual sports (Including swimming, football and boxing).
