Dear Affiliates,
Wish you all a very happy and
prosperous new year.
Last year was eventful year in terms of
business. Last year was slow period for real
estate business. With new government in
place stock market at all-time high, crude
price at all-time low I expect the worst is over in real estate market and
soon we will see some momentum in the real estate market. Interest
rate reduction cycle has already started by government, which will have
big positive impact on real estate market. Government being focus in
low cost residential market I expect some more benefits coming from
government side in the upcoming budget.
We have witnessed lot of events in our region. Regional office
participated in FRO which is the biggest show of franchise in our region.
Lot of BOs planned events for investment for customers and selling of
real estate. All these events have helped us in spreading our name to the
potential customers /investors.
Training of Broker Associates is our constant efforts in terms of regional
development and to continue these efforts we conducted lot of offline
and online training in past two months.
I would like to wish all the very best for 2015 and we should all make RE/
MAX bigger and better in 2015.

it was done for December 2014 and January 2015 also. Newly Joined broker associates attended the training and participated
in the training actively.
Monthly Broker Owner Meets was organized at RE/MAX Gujarat on the first Mondays of December and January and all the
broker owners along with regional owners had a fruitful discussion on various subjects including massive online survey done
by Region for its affiliates and discussed how the outcome of survey can be implemented. Such meetings provide all franchise
owners a common platform to discuss their issues.

Post Uttarayan team Dreamz did 7 transactions in a single day.
It’s a Dream turns realty when everyone works as a team and
focus on goal. We Congratulate Team RE/MAX Dreamz for such
a great success.
RE/MAX Advantage organized a seminar on investing on January
31 at Rajpath Club and good number of people attended the
seminar and understood the principles of investing.
RE/MAX Realty Solutions organized in-house event for people
who wants to understand and join RE/MAX during Jan 30 to Feb
2 and got good response from people who wanted to know
more about RE/MAX.
More broker offices should do this kind of activities to attract
more people to RE/MAX.
Year 2015 has begun on a very positive note for Remax Property
World with a total of 8 transactions being done by whole office in
which 6 were sales transactions and 2 rental transactions. Out of
the sales transactions 3 deals were primary sales with the builder
with whom Remax Property World registered their first sales
transactions. A particular transaction which was a very personal
motivation for us was that of sale of a pent house in the project
called GALA EMPIRE, mainly because of various hurdles but the
end result was a very satisfied buyer now having very high hopes
and brand value for REMAX as a whole. Another rental transaction
which was a good recognition was that of an office measuring
about 1885 sq ft on sg highway. This mainly because most other
real estate consultants had shattered the confidence of the
owner and were asking the owner to give it on rent at throw
away prices, and we managed to lease it out on long term basis at
2/- per sq ft higher then the market rate. His reaction was“I have
heard Remax does better work then other consultants and is a
group of professional people but have reasons to believe it now”.

It is expected that the upcoming budget would lead to more affordable housing across the state.
There is definitely certain level of realism within the built environment of Gujarat real estate on the eve of the Union Budget
2015-16. Unlike many other markets where the respective developers’body proposes and the government disposes, in Gujarat,
the developers are firmly footed in the reality that the days of confrontation with the government are over vis-à-vis their budget
wish list. This is definitely a welcome change in the outlook and is visible with both the developers and the government. Both
the policy makers and the developers seem to be gradually coming on the same page as far as the legitimate causes and
concerns of the sector are concerned.
Although, the developers have a long budget wish list this time too, they are also conscious of the fact that they have to go a
long way with the government and hence, there is a need to bridge the trust deficit. Analysts point out that this realization is
both ways and is good.The industry observers also maintain that since the government came to power on promise of providing
relief to inflation-hit common man amid falling growth, stagnating investments, high fiscal deficit and external crisis, there are
reasons to believe that the government will fuel the wheel of growth where real estate is an important segment. Hence, there is
expectation that the budget would lead to more affordable housing across the state.
