Mark transfers student comments from one system to another in 3 steps: 1) Select comments from a bank and copy them over 2) Set up a report by selecting the correct report type and starting a new file 3) Save the report file and drag and drop it into the correct folder to complete the transfer

Mark Book 2010 Mark transfer to Trillium
Select your class
To add comments select normal mode
Select comment bank if not selected already
Comments Once the comments are selected click copy to
If the comment is a new comment Select copy to
If changing an existing comment Select append to existing comment before clicking copy comment
After adding all comments save and exit
Report set up Select Report: Markbook to Trillium etc.
Report Start new file First time setting up select start new file
Select Next
Now add your learning skills Check for your comments Save working file Print working file will get a print out If you are not complete you can save and exit and return to work on it later If you want to create a report for transfer select save report file
Save report file
Select Combined File If you need a single file for all three classes
Save to convenient location Desktop is good
Drag and drop this file On your desktop you have MGCI folder
Select Grade book
Drag and Drop the file you saved on your desktop into Marksdropoff
