I am a Chilean lawyer with expertise in water and environmental law, governance, public policy, competition and economic regulation, resulting from more than 17 years of involvement in the subjects as academic, regulator, United Nations staff, international consultant, and judge.
I have been involved in academia for more than 20 years, usually teaching on water law, environmental litigation law, government intervention in economic affairs (constitutional, administrative, and economic law and public policy), and competition law.
