In case you wondered where I have been the year 2003 I returned from London after an extended working holiday visa. I felt that I had squandered my opportunity of experiencing other cultures and countries. I had been working in the hospitality industry preferring frontline service positions to first line management positions. I really enjoyed the customer contact.
Upon returning to my hometown Sydney Australia, I put my head down and worked hard. I saved up a sizeable amount from working 50+ hours a week in a demanding restaurant called Nick
