About
I was born and raised in Vermont and grew up in Winooski. I married my high school sweetheart, Billy Spence in 1989, shortly before my 20th birthday and moved with him to NC where he was stationed as a US Marine. We had 3 children while stationed there, Shayne in 1993 and Brooke and Megan in 1996. We returned to Vermont in 2000. I am the Coordinator of the Franklin County Early Childhood Programs and I love my job and the people that I work with, I play the clarinet in our community band, am trying to learn how to ski and LOVE summer!!!
