I work in the Health and Safety profession - it's always a conversation killer so dont be surprised if you hear me introduce myself as a 'diet tester' instead !!! I try to entertain myself by passing on the various skills of life that I have picked up along my sometimes tortuous route through life. I take particular pleasure from Scouting where I have ample opportunities for showing some of the basics to the youngsters, in particular things that are no longer taught at schools or in the increasing majority of homes. Can your kids cook a simple omlette? Teach them - NOW !!!
