About
Reporting operationally to Wind MEA Project Management Director and functionally to the Global Contract Management Director, I ensure the delivery, accuracy and completeness of contract management activities for the region (11projects/200M鈧� Sales):
- Ensure that exposure to risks is minimized, opportunities maximized, claims and all other contract-related issues are properly executed/dealt with
- Ensure that the Contract Management processes, procedures and tools are applied
- Ensure a coordinated approach to contract management, with other functions and regions
- Identify the resources required (employees, skills and/or consultants) for the workload generated by live projects.
