I am coordinator of Development, working with the content of EPEJ (Meeting of Junior Enterprises), which targets the development of the potential performance of junior entrepreneurs. I apply the FEJESP Consulting, which is the principal product offered by the federation to junior companies, because we evaluated and provides means for them grow. To the junior companies that have a bad result in the assessment, we assist them through Coaching program. And I am responsible for the organization of Quality Award FEJESP which has the objective of reward the best practices in the Junior Enterprise Movement (MEJ) of S茫o Paulo.
