I have 20+ years of work experience in Knowledge Management focused research and development (D.Sc. 2008), training, adult education and project work. At Xamk, my tasks are focused on project funding, managing digital information, AI, data ethics and responsibility.
I also provide training services on using social media for professional purposes and catalyzing online communities and networks. I am an experienced host of online collaboration platforms and facilitator of online learning.
In 2015 I launched Tohtoriverkosto, a network supporting Finnish PhDs and their career paths. I volunteer as an admin and community manager.
