Michael is a UX & CX Leader, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, and Mentor. For the last decade, he’s served in multiple roles leading UX teams both on client and vendor side. Currently, he’s on assignment as the UX Lead at the Governor’s Office of Information Technology. In addition, he’s the owner and founder of Vaughn Creative and Clone38. Other roles include: Co-Owner of Lucky Turtle and author of several UX tools. He believes in the motto of Leading with the Heart, being Driven with your Mind, and always being Curious.
