Michael is a UX & CX Leader, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, and Mentor. For the last decade, he鈥檚 served in multiple roles leading UX teams both on client and vendor side. Currently, he鈥檚 on assignment as the UX Lead at the Governor鈥檚 Office of Information Technology. In addition, he鈥檚 the owner and founder of Vaughn Creative and Clone38. Other roles include: Co-Owner of Lucky Turtle and author of several UX tools. He believes in the motto of Leading with the Heart, being Driven with your Mind, and always being Curious.
