I am the Founder & CEO at Brand24, a social media monitoring company that works with hundreds of business of all sizes (including Panasonic, IKEA, Air France, Intel) to provide real-time customer insights and actionable intelligence relevant to their products and brands. I am also a public speaker and social media enthusiast. I have been an entrepreneur ever since I finished my master degree in Software Engineering at the Wroclaw University of Technology. I was a co-founder in several web-related companies managing websites visited by more then 3M unique users per month. In addition to my entrepreneurial efforts, I am the author of the "Social Media Revolution" book. I am a fan of ext
