• Handling operations, co-ordinating, developing and conduct training to customer staff with differing needs including Customer Response Executives (CRE), Store Managers, Direct Sales Executives, & Team Leads
• Formulate a training strategy that incorporates organizational, group and individual needs and business needs
• Identify and develop key competencies within the organization
• Proven ability to serve as the sole trainer on key customer accounts, to act as the senior trainer supporting new trainees and to provide customer service & product sales training for internal sales people
