I started my career as a data person. I love data because data can help my organisation to make sound decision. My passion for data led me to work with the Central Bank of Malaysia for 7 straight years in the area of data operations and management. During the 7 years, one key challenge in managing data is that the challenges I faced was getting less about the data itself. Challenges came in the form of people related - the soft issues rather than the hard issues was bugging me.
