Mr. Ming-Shiuan Li is a project manager/geomatic specialist/developer of Strong Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd (2012-present, a survey engineering and geospatial solution provider in Taiwan). He obtained the Master degree in Geospatial Engineering at Department of Geomatics, National Cheng Kung University, mainly focuses on photogrammetry-based program development and aerial image processing.
