Church of England priest, historian and theologian. In parish and ministerial work, I am particularly interested in Godly Play and lay theological education for discipleship. I am currently particularly involved in the legislation to allow women to become bishops in the Church of England. My research and writing focuses on bringing the insights of history to bear on the contemporary church.
