Mitchell is the Pulpit Minister and Family Life Minister at Waynesboro church of Christ in Waynesboro, TN. Mitchell was born and raised in Waynesboro as well as his beautiful wife, Sheryl. Mitchell and Sheryl have three children, Reagan, John Austin, and Chloe. Mitchell is a graduate of David Lipscomb University (1992) and is just a few hours shy of his degree in Ministry from Heritage Christian University. Mitchell is co-author of the book, "Straight to the Cross." He has also been published in "Bulletin Gold" and has been a featured contributor on SermonCentral.com. Mitchell also has several sermons on SermonCentral that have been chosen as featured sermons of the week.
