I’m the person that falls in love when I know I shouldn’t, with the people I know I shouldn’t, and I’m the one that denies it the whole ride.
I love you for you, not for circumstances, not for societal norms and not because we obey the rules. I love you cause you make me a better me. I love you because you’re strong even when you’re crumbling. I love you because something inside of you fits with the something inside of me.
But being in love isn’t enough. I’ve tried to tell myself it is, but I’ve fallen in love over and over, and they were legitimate, but I’ve gotten over them.
I’ve fallen in love with the right people and the wrong people and I’ve loved them all
