1. Fully responsible for technical delivery of proof of concepts in conjunction with System engineers, for new technologies or hardware which are new to the region.
a. SP-WiFi ( i.e. 3G offloading )
b. ASR9k ( Detailed POC around 50 feature )
c. BNG functionality on ASR9k
d. ADSL
Escalation Job Role
1. Responsible for all cases for Egyptian Customers which don鈥檛 have FTS services contract with Cisco.
2. Provides technical advisory to customer or TAC engineer after having all the troubleshooting steps.
3. Close all the opened cases in faster time with high customer satisfaction.
