I was working for Amana Takaful PLC from 2013 November to 2016 October as Senior Manager - Learning & Development (Head of Training). Prior to this assignment I was working for Union Assurance as Manager - Learning & Development for 03 years. Started with Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation as a clerk and ended with the Manager position in Sales Training in 2010 with a working experience of 20 years. Almost completed 25 years in the insurance industry. Out of 25 years, 12 years were dedicated to Training & Development and HRD practices. Approximately 7000 sales personnel have been trained by me in the insurance industry. Capable enough to deliver in all three languages.
