Worked as Management Trainee- HR at Bosch ltd. Selected through campus recruitment, initially had to cope up with job, project and final sem exam. Have succesfully completed MBA with "A" Grade. I was successfully handling different functions of HR like, recruitment, selection, handling employee grievances, initiating PF and Gratuity, conducting Hr interview for fresh and lateral entry, releasing of offer letters, policy amendment and also coordinated for recruitment and selection of RANGE HEAD.
