Started as a sales assistant at a used spare parts shop for 2 years and then pursue a diploma level at Centre of Instructor and Advance Skills Training (2005). Worked as a manager at Fleet Management & Engineering Pte. Ltd. for 5 years and then served as a Training Officer cum City & Guilds Program Coordinator at Tan Chong Motor for 4 years. Awarded the Medal of Excellence Winner 2012-2013 from City & Guilds.
