Dr. Seyam is a Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at University College of Technology Sarawak. Dr. Seyam received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Islamic University of Gaza in 2003, MSc in Water Resources Engineering from Islamic University of Gaza in 2009, and PhD in Water Resources Engineering from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2016.
