In Feb 2014, I joined the IBM Software Group CTO's office in the DevOps Center of Competency focusing on driving the adoption and transformation to DevOps across the enterprise. In addition to a focus on Continuous Testing, I am leveraging the last three years of Design experience to promote the adoption of IBM Design Thinking in the DevOps CoC.
I have worked in Software Quality Assurance for 17 years. I have been developing GUI automation for about 15 years, having used SilkTest, WinRunner and IBM Rational Functional Tester. In the recent past, I led a team which includes significant resources in China and a virtual team of individual contributors for the IBM Rational Jazz products.
