伊田氏，為日本戰國時期中國地區的令制國（因幡國，現為鳥取縣）主要國眾，亦為領主，於德川幕府時期遷居近畿地區現今奈良京都與大阪，台灣的伊田氏,主要是在台灣日領時期，因配合明治政府於滿州、朝鮮、台灣（宜蘭、花蓮）之拓墾村計畫，相繼來台發展，有部份於二戰結束後留在台灣，而成為在台的日裔遺民。
