Supports assessment, designing, and implementation of ICRC’s Economic Security activities in the southern governorates of Yemen in line with the agency’s strategy and 2015 operational plan for the region. Responsibilities involve managing large-scale agro/livestock programmes; livelihoods support projects, and conduction of monitoring and evaluation of field activities in the areas of Yemen’s Southern Governorates covered by ICRC’s Aden Sub-Delegation.
