I'm a Research and Operations Officer at inCompass of iDE Cambodia. I have 3 years experience in logistics and operations with IO Travel & Tour Company. Then I work at a translator for DTV STAR Co., Ltd. for 1 year and 4 months.
I like traveling and learning about current issues that is happening in Cambodia. While learning about this I build up my thinking capacity and dive into more research. I'm glad that I'm working with inCompass now. inCompass is a place I could learn about HCD research methodology. I want to be an HCD researcher and design thinker and build sustainable solutions for the poor.
