Getting in shape, very happy with changes. Optimistic.
New Year's Resolution:
1. Eat better
2. Loose 10-20 pounds
3. Tone up- get down to 10-15% body fat
4. Improve my yoga and meditative practices- Bikram yoga on Conn. Ave
5. Actively work on improving concentration and follow up
6. Increase time dedicated to advocacy and professional development i.e. join the DC health care reform implementation committee, Thursday network, etc
7. Date more, trick less
8. Save at least $1,000.00/month
9. Take some steps to figure out long term career goals (see a career coach through Employee Assistance Program)
10. Join softball, rowing or some kind of team sports activities
11. Invest in
