- 1. ประกาศเทศบาลตาบลกาบเชิง เรื่อง ประกาศสอบราคาจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง รถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ………………………………………….. ด้วยเทศบาลตาบลกาบเชิง อาเภอกาบเชิง จังหวัดสุรินทร์มีความประสงค์ จะจัดชื้อครุภัณฑ์ ยานพาหนะและขนส่ง รถยนต์บรรทุก (ดีเซล) เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมของเทศบาล รายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้ 1. รถยนต์บรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ 2. ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ากว่า 2,400 ซีซี 3. เป็นกระบะสาเร็จรูป 4. ห้องโดยสารแบบดับเบิ้ลแคบ 4 ประตู 5. เป็นราคารวมเครื่องปรับอากาศ 6. เป็นราคารวมภาษีสรรพสามิต 7. เป็นราคารวมจดทะเบียนรถยนต์, พ.ร.บ. , พร้อมประกันภัยชั้น 1 8. การรับประกัน ผู้ขายต้องรับประกัน เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือไม่น้อยกว่า 100,000 กิโลเมตร นับถัดจากวันที่ผู้ซื้อได้รับมอบ 9. พร้อมพ่นตราสัญลักษณ์ของเทศบาลตาบลกาบเชิง ขนาดกว้าง ยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 18 เซนติเมตร และอักษรชื่อเต็มของเทศบาลตาบลกาบเชิง ขนาดสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เซนติเมตร หรือชื่อย่อขนาดสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 7.5 เซนติเมตร พร้อมเลขรหัสครุภัณฑ์ติดข้างประตูรถยนต์โดยใช้สีที่พ่นแล้วมองเห็นได้ชัดเจน จานวนเงินในการจัดซื้อในครั้งนี้ 787,000 บาท (เจ็ดแสนแปดหมื่นเจ็ดพันบาทถ้วน) ผู้มีสิทธิเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่สอบราคา หรือตัวแทนจาหน่ายพัสดุที่สอบราคาดังกล่าว 2. ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระบุชื่อไว้ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ทิ้งงานของทางราชการหรือของหน่วยการ บริหารราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น และได้แจ้งเวียนชื่อแล้วหรือไม่เป็นผู้ที่ได้รับผลของการสั่งให้นิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลอื่นเป็น ผู้ทิ้งงานตามระเบียบของทางราชการ 3. ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น ณ วันประกาศสอบราคา หรือไม่เป็นผู้กระทาการอันเป็นการขัดขวางการแข่งขันราคาอย่างเป็นธรรม 4. ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่เป็นผู้ได้รับเอกสิทธิ์หรือความคุ้มกันซึ่งอาจปฏิเสธไม่ยอมขึ้นศาลไทยเว้นแต่ รัฐบาลของผู้เสนอราคาได้มีคาสั่งให้สละสิทธิ์และความคุ้มกันเช่นว่านั้น 5. ต้องมีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจาหน่าย ผู้แทนจาหน่าย ผู้ประกอบหรือผู้ผลิตมาแสดง 6. บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลที่จะเข้าเป็นคู่สัญญาต้องไม่อยู่ในฐานะเป็นผู้ไม่แสดงบัญชีรายรับรายจ่าย หรือแสดงบัญชีรายรับรายจ่ายไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนในสาระสาคัญ 7. บุคคลหรือนิติบุคลที่จะเข้าเป็นคู่สัญญากับหน่วยงานของรัฐซึ่งได้ดาเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างด้วย ระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Government Procurement : e-GP) ต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ กรมบัญชีกลางที่เว็บไซต์ ศูนย์ ข้อมูลจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ
