My role is the lead of both Marketing team and Game design team. Details of my duties are listed below.
Design:
1) Establish game direction based on Market feedback
2) Fine-tune the artwork with the Creative Director and artists
3) Provide Mock-up/Prototype for Game UI
4) Establish a new game play for TCG product line
Technical:
1) Establish testing plans
2) Quantify project process with engineers and out-sourcers
Project management:
1) Manage different projects (Games, Game consoles and TCG)
2) Lead a team of 20 to execute game concepts
3) Lead the ad-hoc game development responding to the market feedback
