Answer The answer is: 237.5cm 2 How You get that answer: You multiply 12.5 by 19 and there’s your answer. But be sure to put the cm (etc.) and if it’s area put the  2  after the cm (etc.) sign.
Allison wanted to paint the border of the lamp. The lamp was 16cm by 11.5cm. How much paint will she need?
Answer The answer is: 55cm. How you get that answer: You add 11.5 by 16 twice and there’s your answer.
Kiera needs to put a picture in the triangle. The sides are 297cm and the height is  33.5cm. How big will the picture need to be?
Answer The answer is: 9949.5cm How you get that answer: You multiply 297cm by 33.5cm and then divide by 2. Then you get your answer.
Mr. Ferrell had a box on his deck. He wanted to put a ribbon border around the box. The measurements are 45cm by 11.5cm. How much ribbon does he need?
Answers  The answer is: 117cm. How you get that answer: You add all the sides together and then you get the answer.
